Win-Win, the London-based creator of the UK’s first cocoa-free alternative to chocolate, has secured an exclusive UK distribution partnership with ingredients supplier Keylink, expanding nationwide availability for professional bakers, chocolatiers and chefs.

Announced today, the deal will see Keylink distribute Win-Win’s Milk, Dark and White cocoa-free chocolate alternatives in 10kg bags of Easymelt Chips and bakestable drops.

The agreement strengthens Win-Win’s UK growth strategy as the global chocolate sector faces long-term disruption from climate volatility, crop disease and environmental pressures, which are reducing cocoa yields, increasing price instability and tightening supply. Win-Win is positioning its cocoa-free range as a scalable, sustainable and cost-stable solution for manufacturers and artisan producers seeking alternatives to conventional chocolate.

Mark Golder, CEO, Win-Win commented:

We all love chocolate, but with such complex and perpetual issues affecting the supply chain we need to look to alternative solutions now that will ensure consumers can still enjoy their favourite treats in the future.

We’re delighted to partner with Keylink, to make our products easily accessible to customers looking for a delicious, easy-to-use range of sustainably sourced cocoa-free chocolate alternatives that deliver on taste, performance and reliability.”

Scaling cocoa-free chocolate across Europe

The partnership follows Win-Win securing £3 million in Series A funding in July last year to scale production across the UK and Europe, accelerate innovation and expand into Germany, France, the Nordics, Benelux and Switzerland. The investment came shortly after the company signed a major distribution agreement with German bakery supplier Martin Braun Backmittel und Essenzen KG.

Win-Win produces its cocoa-free chocolate from abundant cereals and legumes such as rice, using a proprietary fermentation process to replicate chocolate’s complex flavour. Combined with traditional chocolate-making techniques – roasting, grinding, refining and tempering – the result is a product that looks, tempers, bakes, shines and snaps like conventional chocolate. The ingredients are suitable for a wide range of applications including cookies, cakes, pastries, ice cream and desserts, and can be used either as a direct replacement or extender without requiring additional equipment or specialist training.

Sanjeev Ramchandani, Managing Director of Keylink Ltd added:

The industry is rapidly changing and it’s important we support our customers in navigating these challenges, providing workable, alternative solutions where possible.

We’re proud to be the exclusive UK distribution partner for Win-Win. We believe Win-Win offers an exceptional product range, that is closer in taste to couverture than compound, is highly workable and easy to use, and supports long-term price stability and sustainability.

We’re excited to welcome Win-Win to our portfolio and look forward to seeing how our customers innovate with these versatile alternatives.”

Win-Win’s cocoa-free chocolate range is now available through Keylink, with a 15 percent introductory discount until 31 July 2026.
