We love chicken quesadillas as an easy weeknight dinner, but for an event as important as the Super Bowl—or any occasion for a party—something a little bit extra is called for, hence, this showstopping appetizer. This gorgeous quesadilla ring is a fun, cheesy, pull-apart game-day app that’s as fun to look at as it is to eat.

The filling:
Buffalo chicken is a must for the big game, so that’s the filling we went with here, but feel free to try swapping in another party dip as the filling.

Make-ahead:
Heads up: you can also assemble this ahead of time! Build it the night before, then put it into the oven right as your guests are arriving to have it hot and ready in time for kickoff.
