
Cheesecake and strawberries are an obvious pairing—the tangy cream cheese and tart, juicy fruit just go so well together. While a whole strawberry cheesecake is incredible for a special occasion, it’s a little much for a daily indulgence. Add a little boost of protein, though, and you’ve got an incredible, better-for-you anytime snack or after-dinner dessert. I hollowed out strawberries, filled them with a high-protein filling, and topped them with crushed graham crackers for an extra-cute, poppable treat that feels decadent, but won’t detract from your goals.
You could also just eat the filling on its own or as a dip. It’s packed with Greek yogurt and protein powder, and goes well with a variety of fruits and other dippers.
