Cookies are great for parties and potlucks, but for a special occasion? They just don’t hit like a showstopping cake or pie…unless we’re talking about one MASSIVE cookie, like this one. It’s essentially a cookie cake, but you can bake, decorate, and eat it right out of the skillet. We went with a chocolate peanut butter flavor profile here that features peanut butter, peanut butter cups, and Reese’s Pieces, but honestly, you can have fun with it. We suggest changing it up with different nut butters, other chopped candy bars, salty, crunchy things like pretzels or chips—really, whatever you can think of. Just make sure to serve it warm with ice cream (trust us!).
