It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Universal Orlando Resort.
The theme park’s annual holiday celebration begins on Friday, Nov. 21 and runs through Jan. 4, 2026.
As part of the festivities, guests can expect in-park experiences including Grinchmas, Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s.
Since everyone knows that food is the best part of the holidays, Universal Orlando Resort is launching a special new menu featuring over 30 new items that are spread out throughout the park.
Epic Universe, the newest addition to Universal Orlando Resort, will have several holiday-themed dishes, including a Holiday Churro and Gronckle Bread Pudding.
Before the holiday menu launches on Nov. 21, TODAY.com has an exclusive first look at some of the items guests can enjoy in the coming weeks.

The Elegant Ornament
The TODAY Cafe in Universal Studios Florida is getting into the holiday spirit with this chocolate crème brûlée that has a white chocolate peppermint center.
Santa’s Christmas Crème Puff
This sweet treat can be found at San Francisco Bakery in Universal Studios Florida and Croissant Moon in Universal Islands of Adventure. The puff is filled with Chantilly cream and mocha cookie butter.
Gronckle’s Bread Pudding
Mead Hall at Universal Epic Universe will serve this warm malted cinnamon bread pudding with a Yaknog anglaise, chocolate pop rocks and vanilla ice cream.
Snoggletog Harvest Mac and Cheese Cone
Hooligan’s Grog & Gruel, which is located in Universal Epic Universe, is cooking up this creamy mac and cheese cone that comes with pulled maple glazed turkey, a spiced lingonberry drizzle, roasted sweet potatoes, sage chimichurri and crispy stuffing crumbles.
Gingy Cookie
Gingy is making his return once again this year. At DreamWorks Imagination Cafe in Universal Studios Florida, customers can order this gingerbread cookie with icing and gumdrop buttons.
Snickerdoodle Crepe
Central Park Crepes in Universal Studios Florida will delight visitors with this crepe that’s filled with a cinnamon mascarpone spread with snickerdoodle crumbles, whipped cream and holiday sugar dust.
Holiday Churro
Available at Universal Epic Universe’s Celestial Snacks, this gingerbread churro is served with a peppermint marshmallow topping, holiday sprinkles and a white chocolate Santa.
Sunday Roast
Finnegan’s Bar & Grill at Universal Studios Florida will serve this roasted petite tender steak that comes with colcannon mashed potatoes, asparagus, root vegetables and caramelized shallot gravy.
Cookies for Santa
These holiday-themed sugar cookies will be available throughout the resort.
Smoked Salmon Rillete
At Atlantic restaurant in Universal Epic Universe, customers can order this dish featuring yuzu aioli, salmon roe, chive coral and focaccia.
House Seasonal Salad
Atlantic will also serve this seasonal salad that’s full of candy cane beets, watercress, honey glazed pistachios, Florida citrus and goat cheese crema.
Duck Breast
Atlantic is also whipping up this holiday spiced dish with Thumbelina carrots, honey carrot puree, mushrooms and apple lacquer.
Surf & Turf
Atlantic customers can order this 8-ounce premium black Angus filet with Maine lobster mac and cheese and herbs.
Seafood Stew
Atlantic is cooking up this seafood stew that’s full of seabass, mussels, jumbo shrimp, roasted potatoes, tomatoes and a rouille sauce.
