Chick-fil-A has officially spun off into the world of beverages.
On Oct. 30, Daybright Coffee and Refreshment officially opened its first location at 4326 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway in Hiram, Georgia, offering food and drinks made in-house daily. Daybright is a standalone beverage-focused concept by Red Wagon Ventures, LLC, which is a subsidiary of Chick-fil-A, Inc.
Yes, that means Daybright will be closed on Sundays, too — the new spot will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Back in September, Chick-fil-A confirmed to TODAY.com it was testing the new chain which features specialty coffees, smoothies, and cold-pressed juices, as well as food. Its menu shows a range of items, notably, none of which are served at Chick-fil-A.
Daybright says it “brings together everything customers love about their favorite neighborhood coffee shop, breakfast spot, juice bar, or smoothie stop,” as Chick-fil-A seeks to capture Gen-Z customers and compete with beverage-focused chains like Starbucks and Dunkin’. McDonald’s has been attempting to do the same, by testing dirty soda-inspired drinks and with its now-shuttered CosMc’s beverage concept.

What’s on Daybright’s Menu?
Here are some of Daybright’s menu offerings:
- Signature Coffees: These include cold brews, classic coffees and specialty lattes like the Brown Bear, described as a latte with a “brown sugar buttery blend.”
- Iced Teas and Lemonades: This category features house-made iced drinks served on tap, including the Yuzu You, a lemonade with yuzu, lemon, lime and orange.
- Fizzes: This carbonated category features sparkling beverages made with fruit juices like passion fruit, coconut and pineapple-mango.
- Smoothies: These blended beverages include the Jam Sesh, which combines raspberry, oats, blueberry, banana and flaxseed with coconut milk and orange juice, finished with a swirl of coconut cream.
- Bright Pressed Juices: Daybright is selling cold-pressed bottled juice blends like the Rabbit Trail, with carrot, mango, lemon and turmeric.
- Daily Donuts: These circular pastries are made fresh daily and oven-baked with olive oil.
- Hot Takes: This warm category includes sandwiches, a pressed burrito and something called the Chocolate Pull Apart, a chocolate brioche bread baked with vanilla custard and chocolate chips.
- Kid’s Menu: This section, which adults can order from, offers kid-friendly versions of breakfast favorites like an “easy-to-eat PB&J” that sounds like an Uncrustable.

The First Reviews Are In
It may have just opened today, but there are already quite a few reviews of the chain on social media.
“Holy mama their breakfast burrito was the BOMB,” wrote one Facebook commenter. “My new stop on the way to work in the morning!”
“It literally opened 35 minutes ago,” said one TikToker, who sampled the doughnuts, iced coffee and a High Dive, a cold-pressed juice with pineapple, cucumber, mint, ginger, blue spirulina and coconut water — all of which she liked.
“Starbucks, you in danger, girl,” said another TikToker, who was invited to try some items with her husband.
She tried Vanilla Beam and Toasty Coconut cold brews, a chicken salad pocket and chorizo and egg Daily Press Burrito, which she enjoyed, but it was the Pistachio Latte that got the highest marks.
“Honey,” she said, shaking her head. “She was, in fact, that girl.”
