On Oct. 15, Aldi announced on Instagram that its 2025 Thanksgiving meal will cost $7 less than it did in 2024.

More specifically, customers will only need to spend $40 to purchase 21 products that make up a traditional holiday meal. The meal feeds 10 people, meaning it works out to be $4 per person.

Available between Oct. 15 and Dec. 24, the reduced prices will be available in stores and online with delivery partners. As a bonus, customers don’t need a loyalty card or coupon to cash in on the deals.

Online prices might vary slightly from in-store prices, according to Aldi.

Last year, Aldi announced that its Thanksgiving meal price for 2024 was lower than it was in 2019. The meal for 10 people rang up at $47, a total of $7 more than the 2025 price.

Grocery Prices Are Rising at the Fastest Pace Since 2022

In September, NBC’s Christine Romans joined TODAY to break down current grocery prices, which are rising at the fastest pace since 2022. The reason behind the steeper costs? Bad weather, labor shortages and tariffs on some items.

Over the summer, wholesale prices for domestic fresh and dry vegetables also skyrocketed 38.9% compared to a year ago, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Similar to overall rising food prices, there were several influencing factors, including unpredictable weather conditions, tariffs on imported vegetables and food, and labor shortages amid continued efforts to deport undocumented people across the country.
