Jimmy Fallon is a fan of Taylor Swift’s baking.
On Instagram, the “Tonight Show” host raved about Swift’s sourdough bread when he shared his recipe for “Jimmy’s Avocado Toast” two days after she appeared on his program.
The recipe consists of a slice of Swift’s sourdough bread that’s toasted until it’s light brown; a ripe Hass avocado that’s sliced and then mashed with a fork before being seasoned with a touch of Maldon sea salt flakes; red chili flakes; and “your favorite olive oil.”
In the Oct. 8 post, Fallon used the hashtags #TSTheLifeofaShowgirl and #TheLoafOfADoughgirl when he showed off the creation.
He also said, “Not gonna lie: Taylor actually makes the best sourdough. Thank you @taylorswift!!!”
Fallon’s post was accompanied by a photo of the completed meal on a plate. The photo also featured a brown paper bag that said “The Loaf of a Dough girl” handwritten on top, along with a sticker of a kitten.
Swift is known to be a huge lover of cats.
In the comments, people weighed in about Fallon’s recipe and Swift’s sourdough bread.
“Hahahaha let’s gooooo!!!” Swift’s fiancé, Travis Kelce, commented on the post.
“We loaf this,” Panera Bread added with heart-eyes emoji.
“Shark Tank” star Barbara Corcoran also got in on the fun and said, “I’m just missing one ingredient!”
During an August appearance on Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast, Swift said she’s been into a lot of “granny” hobbies lately, like sewing purses and baking bread.
“I’m really talking about bread 60% of the time now. It’s become a huge, huge factor,” she said in the episode.
Kelce said he loves when the pop star bakes blueberry lemon sourdough and that he would ask her if he could bring her treats with him to training camp.
Swift has also gifted Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco her sourdough bread. On Instagram, Blanco shared a picture of a beautiful basket filled with bread, a candle and more that Swift gave them for Gomez’s 33rd birthday.
On the wrapper of the bread was a cute note that said, “It’s a loaf story,” which is a reference to her hit song “Love Story” from her second album, “Fearless.”
