According to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, Doan’s Bakery has recalled its signature White Chocolate Coconut Cake over concerns that it may include “undeclared wheat and milk.” The coconut cake is known for featuring chunks of white chocolate, coconut shavings and cream cheese frosting.

Doan’s Bakery also recalled its Carrot Bundt Cake over similar concerns.

“People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to wheat and/or milk run the risk of experiencing a serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume these products,” the recall listing reads.

Doan’s Bakery discovered the issue while conducting a “routine facility inspection” on Sept. 24. Afterwards, it updated the labeling on the product.
