Ingredients required

5 tbsp amaranth flour, 1 bottle gourd, 4 tbsp ghee, 2 tomatoes, 10-12 cashew nuts, 1 tsp coriander powder, sendha namak to taste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp malai, 2 tbsp cumin seeds, 3 green chillies, and coiander leaves.
