Ingredients required

400 gms arbi (colocasia), 1/2 cup crushed walnuts, 2 green chillies, 1 tsp ginger, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, sendha namak to taste, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp kuttu ka atta, and desi ghee for frying.
