
Ingredients required
1 cup millet, 2 cups water, 1 small onion, 1 carrot, a few beans, 1 green chilli, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 2 teaspoons oil or ghee, ½ teaspoon mustard seeds, ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, a few curry leaves, 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts or cashews, salt as needed – and a small handful of fresh coriander.
