1 cup raw papaya, 2 boiled potatoes, 2 tbsp roasted gram flour, 1–2 green chilies, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp amchur, salt to tastem, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, and ghee or oil for shallow frying
