1 cup lobia, 1 cup basmati rice, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1–2 green chilies, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf, 1-inch cinnamon stick, 2–3 cloves, 2 cardamoms, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste, 2 cups water, and some coriander leaves
