200 gms paneer, 12-15 cashew nuts, 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp ginger, 4-6 garlic cloves, 1 green chilli, 3 tbsp fresh cream, 1/2 cup milk, 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cardamoms, 2 cloves, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi, and salt to taste
