Can’t decide what type of pie to make? You no longer have to! This pull-apart pie uses four different pie flavors—here I chose apple, blueberry, cherry, and cranberry—so that there’s a bite for everyone. I saw this video as inspiration and knew this was the best way to perfect any holiday pie.
This is a really fun way to make pie and so much easier than stressing over a perfect lattice and crimped edges. You can even get the kids involved in the mini-pie prepping! You get individual servings with each piece, and no one has to do the daunting task of cutting and serving slices to everyone.
I went with some of our favorite fruit flavors, but the best part is that any of your favorite pie fillings will work. During the summer, swap in some strawberry or peach pie filling for a little bit of extra brightness. In the fall, a mixture of pecan and pumpkin pie filling could help save the debate on which one is the best Thanksgiving pie. Really though, the options here are endless. This pull-apart pie is the perfect way to make sure everyone gets a little bit of their personal favorite pie, so have fun with it!
