200gram tofu, 1 medium avocado, 1 large onion, 8-9 cherry tomatoes, 2 green chilies, 1 cucumber, 2 cups baby spinach, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp chili flakes, ½ tsp paprika, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds.
