I don’t mean to be dramatic, but one of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever faced is choosing between Taco Bell and McDonald’s after a night out. I can’t be the only one torn with indecision (Big Mac or Crunchwrap?), which inspired me to make this fast-food mashup that eliminates your need to choose: the Big Mac Crunchwrap. It has everything you love about both fast food treats, all in one. It features two all-beef patties, Big Mac sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions on a sesame seed… large flour tortilla. These are perfect for a game day spread, weekend house party, or fuel after a long night out on the town.
How to fold the Crunchwrap:
The key to a well-folded crunchwrap is to be mindful of the fillings. Instead of using a corn tostada, this crunchwrap variation uses mini round tortilla chips to ensure a snug fold around all of the other fillings.
Make ahead:
Let’s be realistic for a second. By the time you’re ready for one of these, you’re not in the mood to cook; you’re in the mood to chow down. No worries! These can be made a day ahead, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap, and stored in the refrigerator until they’re ready for their final grilling.
